Mt Si Engagement Photographer

Julia and Sam met while they were both working at an internship for a church. There was definitely mutual attraction there, but they didn't even speak for the first 6 months! They both had stuff going on, but thought that the other person was really cool. After a while, and a first conversation about avocado toast, they began talking and hanging out. They finally went out on their first date, and the rest is history! They have such a beautiful relationship, and it was so much fun getting to capture their love!

We had the best time hanging out at the base of Mt Si. When I first arrived at the Dog park that we shot at, I was like 20 minutes early so I went to check out the park. When I entered the park, an elderly lady with a small white dog looked at me and said "You're a brave soul to be coming here without a dog..." I was just like "haha yeah," and kept walking, but a couple hundred feet after that I passed a guy with a german shepherd and he goes "Where's your dog?" as he walks by! Lol I then felt totally AWK for coming to a dog park without a freaking dog! Haha why is everyone so weird about a dog-less person at a dog park!!!???

Mt Si is such a gorgeous place, and I love shooting here. There's so many great hikes, and even the view from the bottom of it is pretty dang amazing! I've been going on hikes at Mt Si since I was a kid, and I love that I'm able to go here for my job now and hike the same trails! After our session, we hung out with all of the dogs at the park and got to pet all of the puppers! So fun!
